About Megastar Photo Booth
The story, the person, and the philosophy behind the booth.
Who’s Behind Megastar Photo Booth?
Megastar Photo Booth is owned and operated by Aubrey Gardner — and for me, this business has always been about more than putting a camera in the corner of a room.
My background is in photography, film, media, hospitality and events. I’ve spent years working in environments where presentation matters, people matter, and the difference between an ordinary night and a memorable one is often in the details.
Photography gave me an appreciation for the image. Film taught me how to think about moments and atmosphere. Hospitality taught me something just as important: the experience matters as much as the product.
That combination is what led me to Megastar Photo Booth.
I wanted to create something that gives people more than a collection of photographs. A great photo booth becomes part of the entertainment. It gives guests somewhere to gather, something to do, and an excuse to loosen up, laugh and create photographs they probably wouldn’t have taken otherwise.
What You’re Actually Booking
When you book Megastar Photo Booth, you’re dealing directly with the person behind the business.
I understand that when you’re organising a wedding, birthday, engagement, corporate function or special event, you’re trusting a collection of suppliers to help make the night work. You shouldn’t have to chase people, wonder whether they’ll turn up, or discover on the night that what you booked isn’t what you expected.
My approach is simple: be prepared, present it properly, look after the guests and make the experience easy for the client.
I care about how the booth looks in your venue, the quality of the photographs, how guests are treated and how smoothly everything operates.
And because I come from a photography and media background, I don’t see the photographs as an afterthought. They’re part of what remains when the event is over.
Why “Megastar”?
Because for a few seconds in front of that camera, everybody gets to be one.
The glamorous ones. The shy ones. The grandparents. The workmates who suddenly become ridiculous after 9pm. The people who insist they’re not photo booth people and somehow end up coming back six times.
Those are often the photographs people keep.
Megastar Photo Booth is there to help create the part of the night people are still talking about the next morning — and the photographs they’re still looking at years later.
